A job requisition is a formal request to create a new position in a company. When there is a need for the additional workforce or replacing the existing one, they will fill out a job requisition.

check SmartATS display all job requisitions on requisitions summary screen and user is allowed to filter job requisitions by time frame.
check Detailed view of the requisition will display overview, job stats, sourced candidates, matched candidate and notes/activities. Recruiter is allowed to update, delete the requisitions at any point of time.

Matching Criteria


Matching Criteria helps recruiter to reduce the manual effort to choose right candidates for given job requisition and recruiters are suggested with right candidates for the job requisition in no time with our algorithms.

check Candidate match criteria feature helps to select the right suitable candidates from local resume databasebased on job requisition skill set.
check By default, matching criteria computes job relevance for all candidates with default criteria threshold.
check Recruiter is allowed to change the default matching criteria threshold levels to compute match candidates on basis for required job requisition.
check On selection of matched candidate selection, recruiter will provide with more insights on each criteria along with match relevance.
check Recruiters are allowed to share the job requisition details to the selected/all matched candidates over the email in a click.

     2) Comprehensive Requisition

check Quick requisition helps to capture minimal mandatory details ofjob requisition in a single user interface.
check Comprehensive requisition helps to capture the detailed information for the predefined segment.
check All job requisition details are categorized and mapped to the relevant segment
check Recruiter has to fill the all required/mandatory attributes to proceed further to next segment.
check Recruiters are allowed to review all filled in details in single view before create job requisition and allowed to make change if need.

Tracking Sourced Candidates


check Track sourcedcandidate feature gives good overview on internal pipeline/customer pipeline of job requisition
check Recruiters see list of the candidates sourced for the given job requisition.
check Recruiters can track the internal/external status of the candidate profile submissions.
check Each candidate profiles updated with current status of pipeline process with relevant status. Example: when candidate offered/in review respective status will get reflected under Internal Status column.

Integrated Candidate Search


check Integrated candidate search performs the candidate search across local resume database and configured job boards based on job tags.
check Recruiter is allowed to append job tags based on job description and these job tags acts as candidate search criteria.
check On successful integrated search, matched candidate profiles display in the respective job board tabs (Dice, Nexxt, Monster and Resume-Library) and local repository.
check Recruiters allowed to change candidate search criteria in the respective job boards if they want and allowed download right candidate profiles or reuse the exiting profiles from the local resume repository.

Publish Jobs


check SmartATS allows users to post the job requisition to social media pages (Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter)
check Allowed to publish the jobs to the integrated job boards, company career site in a click away
check Each job requisition assigned with public URL, allows user to share the requisition over the WhatsApp and other communication channels
check Interested candidates are allowed to submit their profiles over the shared link.
check SmartATS performs de-duplication based on the fixed attributes identifies the old candidate profiles in local resume repository and update with required details with old records
